Q:  How do I order the clothes that I like from Le Closet?
A:  We accept orders at anytime but payment must be received by 7.00 p.m. on every Wednesday of the week.

Q:  When do I have to make payment for the item(s) purchased?
A:  All payment must be received by 7.00 p.m. on every Wednesday of the week.

Q:  When will my purchased items be delivered?
A:  We deliver goods every Monday of the week.

Q:  What if payment is not made by Wednesday?
A:  You will have to wait another week/cycle i.e. the next Monday for delivery.

Q:  What happens after I make the necessary payment?
A:  Please kindly notify us via email as soon as possible for us to make the necessary arrangements.  We will send a reply acknowledging receipt of payment and your email notification.


Q:  Should I keep my bank-in slips?
A:  Yes! Please keep your bank-in slips until we receive confirmation of your payment.

Q:  What if my purchased items are not delivered on Monday as stated?
A:  We will definitely notify you of this and arrange for the items to be delivered as soon as possible!

Q:  When will my parcel arrive?
A:  It will take approximately 1-3 workings days for your parcel to arrive.

Q:  Do Le Closet provide COD services?
A:  Not at the moment. Maybe in the future!

Q:  What if the items that I have paid for are temporarily out of stock/unavailable?
A:  We will notify you of the above and deliver the items to you as soon as the stock is available.

Q:  What if the item(s) that I have paid for are out of stock/unavailable?
A:  We will notify you as soon as possible of the above. We will refund the price of the unavailable item plus postal charges. Alternatively, you may choose another item from our collection at the same price or less and we will deliver it the following week i.e. the next cycle.

Q:  What happens if 1 out of 3 items that I have purchased is out of stock/unavailable?
A:  We will notify you as soon as possible of the above. We will refund the price of the unavailable item ONLY and proceed to deliver the remaining items. Alternatively, you may choose another item from our collection at the same price or less and we will deliver it the next Monday (next cycle) together with your other items.

Q:  If I choose to select another item but the price is less than the item that I have paid for, what happens to the difference in money?
A:  Don't worry! We will credit the difference and deduct it from your next purchase at Le Closet.
