♥ Goods sold are brand new and in good condition.
♥ We make every effort to display the colour of our goods as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor.
♥ All sizes and measurements are approximate. We make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

♥ Prices listed are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.

♥ Payment must be received by 7.00 p.m. on every Wednesday of the week.
♥ We deliver goods every Monday of the week. In the event the purchased items are not delivered on Monday, we will notify you of this and arrange for the items to be delivered as soon as possible.
♥ If payment is not received by the time stipulated above, your purchase(s) will only be delivered the next week/cycle i.e. the next Monday for delivery.
♥ If an item you have ordered and purchased is out of stock, we guarantee to refund the purchased item inclusive of postal charges and will notify you as soon as possible.
♥ If the item(s) you have ordered and purchased is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this and deliver the items to you as soon as possible.
♥ If the item(s) you have ordered and purchased is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this and deliver the items to you as soon as possible.
♥ However, if you have purchased more than 1 item, we will only refund the item(s) which is out of stock, not inclusive of postal charges. Alternatively, you may choose another item from our collection at the same price or less and we will deliver it the next Monday (next cycle) together with your other items.
♥ In the event the item you have purchased is out of stock and you choose another item from our collection which is less than the price you have paid for , we will credit the difference and deduct it from your next purchase.
